Pi(e) day!
I love that today is pi day, even though it’s almost over and over for some already. A most perfect day to celebrate a pun day full of math and pie!

Lunar Eclipse and Pi Day on the same day?!
Of course there will be doodles today of both! pi Day and lunar eclipse.
I tried.
It hasn’t happened yet! but will be happening in the early hours of the morning here in the states. You bet your ass I’ll be grabbing some coffee and heading out! I don’t have a high tech camera but I’ll do my best to get what I can.
And while I’m up and at ’em so early I might as well grab a slice of pie somewheres, then crash for a little nap. I’ve set my agenda already for this Friday March 14th! Time to set my alarm(s).

And the day is almost over and all I’ve been thinking about eating is blueberry pie. Good day. I will by the end of the week make a blueberry pie I believe.

3-14=🥧
Well, what better way to celebrate 3-14-24 but with coffee and pie, but instead of pie I’m making brownies. We can pretend we’re having pie, by cutting it into a pie shape. And coffee is good with brownies too. This juxtaposition makes more sense than coffee and toad! Even though I plan on perfecting the doodles of coffee and toad throughout the month, maybe. I might forget or go on another completely different tangent. You never know!

Tonight’s Menu
I didn’t know what to make for dinner tonight really…I just got home from work and the only thing I bought from the store was a coconut meringue pie. Since I’ve been writing posts about “Cake…it’s what’s for dinner…” I’d like to add another delicious dessert to the main course: PIE!
And I wanted to do something super extra nice for my sweetheart since he’s working about a 13 hour shift today, why not? It would be super extra nice if it were from scratch! Hah! I’m not crafty with pies, I just can’t get a good crust going…I should perfect something like that huh? Eh, I’m still trying to perfect my artsy fartsy craft craftiness! I need to get into gear with that one.
